This Interactive Signal Tone Generator with Time Series & FFT Spectrum Online Animation, allows the user to enter up to two different signals. Users can change the amplitudes and frequencies and generate the audio of those signals. Users can then observe the effects of beating visually and audibly, by entering two signals with frequencies in close proximity to each other. In acoustics, a beat is an interference pattern between two sounds of slightly different frequencies, perceived as a periodic variation in volume whose rate is the difference of the two frequencies.
Rolling Element Bearing Database & Frequency Calculator
Faults in any of the four bearing components will generate specific frequencies dependent upon the bearing geometry and rotating speed. These four fault frequencies are commonly termed: BPFO - Ball Pass Frequency, Outer Race BPFI - Ball Pass Frequency, Inner Race BSF - Ball Spin Frequency FTF - Fundamental Train Frequency.
