[+] ExpertALERT™

ExpertALERT™ is Azima DLI's flagship software product and was designed for use by Azima DLI engineers in order to make our vibration services the most efficient and effective in the world. Azima DLI engineers analyze thousands of machine tests per month using ExpertALERT.

ExpertALERT utilizes the only proven and widely accepted automated diagnostic system on the market today. The system is capable of screening hundreds of machines tests in a matter of minutes and produces reports that include speciic fault information, severity and repair recommendations. BearingALERT™ technology contained in this software accurately diagnosis rolling element contact bearing wear without requiring the bearing make or model number.

[+] StandardALERT™

StandardALERT™ offers all of the database management, graphical analysis tools and report capabilities needed to to implement an effective condition monitoring program. This member of the Alert family automatically screens each test location for up to 63 alarm bands and presents the results as an exception / alarm report or as a chart containing the values for each frequency band. A machine may contain up to 99 test locations. This software is appropriate for those with a limited budget or who don’t have applications that lend themselves to automated fault diagnostics such as structural analysis.

ViewALERT™ is a viewer program for any member of the ALERT product line. Users have access to all
reports and analysis tools but they cannot add, edit, delete or modify any information in the database.
They can however load and unload data collectors. ViewALERT is appropriate for vibration service
clients or for users who are not actively involved in the program but want access to all of the data and information.

The system allows in-place balancing of machinery in one to four planes. Its multi-speed optimization capability provides optimum balance solutions at up to three different speeds, providing the best correction solutions for variable speed machines.

ALERT RTA software provides the analyst tools for troubleshooting and access to advanced features offered by the DLI data acquisition hardware. With ALERT RTA, the full capability of simultaneous four channel narrowband data collection is realized. In addition to spectrum and waveform collection for four channels, ALERT RTA provides advanced measurement techniques such as transfer functions, coherence and cross-power spectrum.

SpriteMAX™ is the culmination of 40 years of vibration analysis experience embodied in a product that is unique in the marketplace. Most online monitoring systems either collect overall vibration data and issue alarms or they send reems of vibration data from the machine to a workstation where someone is expected to analyze it. SpriteMAX is unique in that it collects a great deal of complex vibration and process data, analyzes it and comes up with an accurate and concise fault diagnosis right at the machine! The fault diagnosis and a repair recommendation are then made available to the appropriate personnel in a variety of formats depending upon their needs. Complex data may also be distributed to a central site(s) for further analysis if necessary.
