RITEC's Alignment Kit (Dial Indicator Alignment Kit)

RITEC alignment kit is a powerful tool to adjust shafts alignment
using dial indicators accurately and easily. Its flexible
components are intended to cater for different shaft dimensions
and coupling configurations.

The kit can be used to execute alignment operations for all direct-coupled
machine types including pumps, fans, compressors, turbines, blowers,
reciprocating and many other machines.

Brackets attached to the shafts using chains for more flexibility.
The kit can be used for both face and rim and reverse indicator techniques.
The kit could be used to measure on target faces other than the shaft or the coupling.
Both techniques can be executed while the coupling is assembled.
The Alignment Kit is available in three standard sized:
<5 inch shaft diameter
1-10 inch diameter
>10 inch diameter

Kit Contents:

3 standard rising rods sizes (10, 20, and 30 cm) [or any custom sizes - optional]
3 standard crossing rod sizes (10, 20, and 40 cm) [or any custom sizes - optional
Rigid cross connectors with tight tolerances
Standard accessories for alignment (measuring tape, mirror, spanenr, .....etc)
The kit is supplied with standard RITEC alignment software module.
Advanced alignment module with hot alignment and train alignment capabilities. [optional]
